Rare modern soul stepper from Hawaii....shades of Lemuria production for sure. I haven't been able to find a price reference to the 45, so I'm assuming it's safe to say it's rare. He has an LP including this cut which has sold for approx. $175.......here's a clip of the 45 on offer.
