Steve G Posted June 6, 2012 Posted June 6, 2012 Hi Markus, You got "Father of the land" ? - that's quite a hard one to find. Raw edged x-over.
Markus Karlqvist Posted June 6, 2012 Author Posted June 6, 2012 I don't Steve. But thanks for bringing it to my attention! Any chance to hear it somewhere?

Steve G Posted June 6, 2012 Posted June 6, 2012 I don't Steve. But thanks for bringing it to my attention! Any chance to hear it somewhere? Yes I'll see what I can do, it's a bit like "What good am I" by the TSUs melodically.
Cobbles Posted June 6, 2012 Posted June 6, 2012 i have a m- Soul Meditations if you want to make an offer? franc
Ted Massey Posted June 6, 2012 Posted June 6, 2012 How about this one Ovide...Desert On Wheels...Do A Little Peace...M-...BIDS ...probably the record most people have asked me about over the last year or so after I put it on a mix. This is a COMPLETELY UNLISTED Ovide release. It also happens to have probably the best breakbeat intro of any record I own. Absolutely awesome 45 and a m ust for Texas funk & soul completist https://www.rookiesrecords.com/June12_52.mp3 1

Sean Hampsey Posted June 6, 2012 Posted June 6, 2012 Think the Skipper Lee 45 is probably the rarest Ovide 45. A one-off? Sean
Markus Karlqvist Posted June 7, 2012 Author Posted June 7, 2012 Charles Berry is nice! Not amazing though. Haven't really had a wiff of Ja' Nai: Still Thinking Of You, other than the one copy I stumbled on last year. Cobbles, I'll be in touch about the Soul Meditations, when I figure out how much I can afford to offer.
Souljazera Posted June 7, 2012 Posted June 7, 2012 You can see why they didnt release it though..! Talk about off key !!!!
