Pete S Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 I'd say more than that myself, £75, but there's a way rarer version on a West Coast press, doesn't have the coloured design like the Philly press, just a black label with lines across - i'd value that at £125, only ever had that copy once.
Peter99 Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 I don't like this record. Never have. Each to their own.
Prophonics 2029 Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 Great record out but very depressing at home. Strange.
Donkit Posted May 28, 2012 Author Posted May 28, 2012 not nit picking , but it's Landa Thanks, Landa sorry about the typo

Guest giant Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 just sold the coloured label in m- condition for £85.00 if this helps.

Chris L Posted May 29, 2012 Posted May 29, 2012 Current price required on Lando please. thanks Don Got a good copy on Ebay for £32 + postage, be patient, they're out there...................
Ian Dewhirst Posted May 29, 2012 Posted May 29, 2012 Out of curiosity was this ever booted/re-issued on a Landa white promo by any chance? Ian D
45cellar Posted May 29, 2012 Posted May 29, 2012 Not BOOTED as far as I'me aware. I think that the Phil-LA of Soul & Route copies were available quite quickly to supply demand.
Pete S Posted May 29, 2012 Posted May 29, 2012 Out of curiosity was this ever booted/re-issued on a Landa white promo by any chance? Ian D No but it was booted on a plain white label with Landa in a straight line at the to, credited to The Bluenotes. What was the point of that, 3 years after it had gotten a UK release?
Pete S Posted May 29, 2012 Posted May 29, 2012 Phil LA of Soul release coincided it with it being a minor hit in the UK in 1975 so they reissued it on that label
