Glynthornhill Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 Will P M you the sellers I D - don 't want to start a war on here ....
boba Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 Bob only rules for Paypal chargeback on their website are unfortunately not covering excessive postage : There are a few reasons why a buyer would request a chargeback:An unauthorised payment was made with the buyer's cardThe buyer didn't receive the item that was paid forThere were errors in processing the transactionThe item does not match its description Thanks. I'm 100% sure there used to be this option so it might have been removed or might be some hard-to-find option. I haven't had a paypal dispute in a very long time ... and not because I haven't been screwed on a transaction, that happens on a daily basis. The main reason I haven't had to do a paypal dispute is that sellers know that paypal will issue a refund so it's in their interests to work with you. Thanks for providing more updated info.
