Ive just just been looking at barb Lynn demos for 'Im a good woman' (orange label). Is there two demo issues o this record; one orange with the native Indian tribesman and one exactly the same in orange without the tribesman log on?

Hi Eddy - I meant specifically for I'm a Good Woman? I've edited the thread since your initial post because I wasn't very specific ;)

All the ones I've seen have the native Indian head on except mine - didn't know if there was different demo issues in orange etc.

Thanks

There's is an orange demo with Tribe across the top no Indian head.

There is same orange demo with Tribe across the top with small Indian head under it.

There is white demo with Indian and Tribe down top right.

Looks like four demo's then....

Three Orange...

Tribe across top, no Indian figure.

Tribe across top, with smaller Indian figure.

Larger Indian figure with Tribe down right hand side

Then white demo Larger Indian figure with Tribe down the right hand side.

I'd be keen to see the white one out of interest.

Ive just got the orange copy without the Indian head and I'd never seen that particular which is why I asked.

Just looked through popsike, could've imagine the white one, there's the grey one and the white one, Tribe down the right, large Indian figure, but neither seem to say demo?

Yes - good observation. I've seen those before, didn't think they were demos though. There is a 'graphite' effect grey one there too and also numerous issues where details on the native Indians head vary from face colour to the pattern on the feather. Very interesting.

Also there is that Fryers yellow issue which I don't know much about. I've never seen one for sale anyway.

yeah, definitely a fair few label variants on this, I can't tell which came first or which is rarest so I tend to treat them all equal as far as price goes. The Fryers 45 is a different mix of the same take.
