Record Shop Guide by Chris Savory from March 1976. What a great piece of record collecting history. Chris listed shops in England, Wales & Scotland. I'd forgotten that there was a place called Stax Of Trax in Dolgellau specialising in early Motown! Also listed are addresses for sending for lists from the USA. £15

Record Mart 10th Anniversary issue (1978) I advertised in this in the late 60s as did John Manship who I bought stuff from through this mag. You should see the prices, especially for Freakbeat items e.g. Winston Fumbs - Real Crazy Apartment UK RCA Demo for £1!! £3

HI Pete. The cover has scans of records e.g. Woman Love Thief on Pye Int and an article on Soul Surfing on the Internet in 1997! Way ahead of your time Pete. I see you lived in St Leonards on Sea at the time.
