i have a copy of neon experience, human. my copy is on the sahara lable, yellow and brown

with the cactuss on the lable, but i have seen a copy just yellow lable with black print.

are both lable's originals, or is one a boot etc.

info would be great.

I'm pretty sure you mean neo-experience. I think my copy of that one is the more plain design, but I might be thinking of their other 45 and would have to pull them out to check.

No worries. Checked my shelves. The original issue was yellow, but it was repressed on the cactus design as I guess they sold out of the yellow ones. Then they issued their 2nd release on the label also with the cactus design. So yes both designs are originals, yellow first press run, cactus 2nd press run.

Nice to know.... I'd always assumed that the Cactus design was the first press for no other reason than it looks better. Glad to know that my boring yellow label copy is the first press.

my copy is also the more plain design...had this for 20 odd years..seen an equal amount of both designs for sale.Don't know the story behind the label differences though ...don't think it's ever been popular enough in the U.K. to warrant a bootleg .
