Guest eddiep Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 (edited) Hi everyone, 10 more great 45's up for your consideration..... Will be away from home from tomorrow so will need to tie these up today if you need them urgently. If there's no rush then will be posting again on Tuesday. PM me if any of interest or info needed..... Paypal as a GIFT prefered (or add 4% if not possible).... Bank transfer / Cheque / Cash (at your risk) also good.... £1.25 Standard / £2.00 Recorded / £6.00 Special (UK) £8.50 Insured & Signed For (Worldwide) The goodies......................................................................................................................................... CELESTRALS - KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF MY BABY / CHAIN REACTION (RCA - ISSUE) VG++ £100 One you don't see too often as an RCA black stock copy. Old Dome biggie from a few years back backed with the classic 100mph oldie everyone should know, "Chain Reaction". 2 Fantastic Northern sides in great overall nick. Plays loud and clear with slightest of storage wear. BUNNY SIGLER - SUNNY SUNDAY (PARKWAY) E+ £25 Great atmospheric Philly dancer from Bunny. Seems to be bubbling under the radar, just! The few i've seen of this have normally been well worn but this is a lovely copy. SALT AND PEPPER - LOVE MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD (EPIC - PROMO) E+ £10 Lovely Epic promo of this up-tempo dancer from around late '69/70. Not seen too many of these about over the years so guessing fairly obscure. FOUR SONICS PLUS ONE - TELL ME YOUR MINE (SEPIA) G+ £10 Great Detroit group soul. Pretty battered copy though unfortunately. Loads of scuffs and marks to vinyl and grubby label. Plays with surface noise pretty good though considering. See video. Bargain price of a tenner reflects condition. EMOTIONS - I LOVE YOU BUT I'LL LEAVE YOU (TWIN STACKS - PROMO) E+ £150 Their hardest release to find. Gorgeous crossover soul and their last Twin Stacks release before joining the Stax label. If you come across these it's usually a battered issue. This is the much rarer promo copy that has not been abused. Rare! HERBS - NEVER, NEVER (WILL I FALL IN LOVE) / QUESTION (SMOKE) E £35 Storming up-tempo Northern Soul 2-sider. Unfortunately a number "8" in marker pen on "Question" side label (see vid) and the slightest of storage wear. Great playing copy nevertheless and sounds the nuts played out loud as many will know. CHUCK JACKSON - SOMEBODY NEW (WAND) E+ £25 Think this needs some exposure guys.... Absolute belter me thinks from Mr. Jackson and seems to be pretty unknown amazingly. Lovely all round clean issue. Plays loud and clear ! MAURICE JACKSON - LUCKY FELLOW / SAME (LAKESIDE - PROMO) VG+ £35 Soooo soulful. Become a mid-tempo classic in recent years and rightly so. Nice VG+ copy with some marks to vinyl and storage wear to label but plays great still. (I actually recorded the worst sounding side for the video by mistake. Flip is much cleaner.) TEMPREES - YOU MAKE ME LOVE YOU (WE PRODUCE) E+ £10 Fabulous 70's mid-tempo crossover. Very nice clean issue with some glue bubbling under label. Plays loud and clear. This is one of me summer soul chill out tunes. Gorgeous. JO ANN GARRETT - A WHOLE NEW PLAN (CHESS) E+ £125 Massive reactivation of this Chicago monster in recent years. Lovely clean copy originally bought from J.M as M- for a lot more than being sold. Fabulous flip side too but forgot to record it for the YouTube vid. Doh! Thanks for looking Edited April 5, 2012 by eddiep
