Pete S Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 Of all the things that you can find on the net, I've actually hit a brick wall. I have been collecting reviews of Northern Soul 45's from Billboard magazines 1964-67 and have accumulated a fair few. I've been trying to find a UK equivalent. Singles reviews from old NME's and Melody makers of the 60's, and can't find any at all. Has anyone ever seen anything like this online at all?
Amsterdam Russ Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 Unlike Billboard who have made their archive available to the public, NME and Melody Maker want to turn a profit from theirs. This might be of some limited use... https://www.rocksbackpages.com/library.html

I think I might be better going on things like Beatles sites where they probably print the old reviews but may keep them intact so the other reviews are also there. A couple of months ago I came across and NME front cover with an adverts for new releases so they must be somewhere.
