Like this one too, when I bought it was told it used to get played a bit and was more expensive than it is now (not many like that are there?!)

It's funny that "Be's That Way..." remains virtually unknown to many on the rare soul scene (I guess 'cos it's not rare in any sense whatsoever except quality) yet always sounds phenomenal when played out loud. The instrumental version by Montego Joe on Ninandy is worth listening out for too, as is the version by Nina's brother, Sam Waymon on RCA. Edited December 9, 2005 by garethx

Alot of rare soul collectors don't venture into well know artist terrority , i've lost count of the times Aretha has had a slagging on this site...., it's a shame as they're missing out on some great untapped and unknowns.....imo

Alot of rare soul collectors don't venture into well know artist terrority , i've lost count of the times Aretha has had a slagging on this site...., it's a shame as they're missing out on some great untapped and unknowns.....imo Agree 100 % Carnt afford the the real rare stuff so i tend to go for the cheeper stuff and carnt say ive been disapointed, Just found a Len Barry track shold be here before Christmas. Dont know if its rare or if it ever played out but its a cracking bit of mid tempo Soul.
