Joe Hicks--Dont it make you feel Funky

..Just wondered --have got a copy with a background hiss--that is very noticeable. Is this a known 'fault' with the pressing. Have any other members come across this..I cant remember noticing it bitd....bad batch from the pressing plant??

The copy I've got is the Vinyl one and not the Styrene copy

No, I've had both releases and they have all played perfectly. Try playing the other side, if that plays perfect then someone has played the "Funky" side with a bad stylus, or it's been hammered.

Most Joe Hicks are boots ! the 001 original one that i have is vinyl with black writing and is as shiny as a mirror

plays perfectly clear

sorry no nothing about the styrene press

Manship states "Second issue is styrene with stick on label with delta #100117"

The styrene copies are the boots/pressings, and the vinyl copies are originals.
