Goldsoul Posted March 4, 2012 Posted March 4, 2012 Pete- Boot most probably. I do remember a fair few odd titles looking similar around 1972. Love the sellers line 'Warning..I live in Belgium' Bless him!
Robbk Posted March 4, 2012 Posted March 4, 2012 Nor have I, and I saw all of Ron Murphy's stock that he purchased from the warehouse that Ric Tic used. And I had been in Chicago/Detroit all through the period in which they operated and have worked at Motown for some years, and never have seen any label that looked like that. It almost certainly must be a boot.
Amsterdam Russ Posted March 4, 2012 Posted March 4, 2012 The font used for the group, title, etc appears to be Helvetica - a very hot typeface of the 1960s design world. I know - that doesn't help!
Premium Stuff Posted March 4, 2012 Posted March 4, 2012 Have see that before and it was described as a Belgian bootleg Cheers Richard
