Guest Posted March 4, 2012 Posted March 4, 2012 I always do my mixes straight through with no edits just in case you experience a poor blend or volume difference https://letsgetserious.net/radio/mike-curtis-on-a-downtown-affair/
Sleeps45 Posted March 4, 2012 Posted March 4, 2012 whats a good way to adjust the audio levels on home mix cds?
Guest Posted March 4, 2012 Posted March 4, 2012 not to sure Sleeps i run my turntables and samplers through a Mackie VLZ14 mixing board and then out of that right to a Tascam cd recorder. I usually just keep everything level and as i'm mixing the 45's i will adjust the high's/lows on my dj mixer when I bring the next track in. If you can a good way to record is into any basic computer program like acid, pro tools, i know mac's come with one because when you play it back you can make volume adjustments. As for me I like to keep it gritty.
