pikeys dog
might as well stick my Mar-V-lus collection up.... Alvin Cash' hit was obviously a big enough seller for it to grace both label designs: Alvin Cash 'The Charge' with a different font - so pressed at least twice: 25 count box (shame it's not full): 1 Link to comment Social source share
boba
there is at least one more label design for that alvin cash. Alvin bootlegged his own LP and used to take it around and sell them to record stores. They look just like the original but the sound quality is really bad. Johnny Sayles "you told a lie" is great deep soul. Miss Madeline "behave yourself" is also great. Link to comment Social source share

boba
Is it the same artwork as the first but the 'mushroom cloud' is green? yeah, it's like a printing thing where they used less colors or something. i was in a record store once when alvin was selling his bootleg albums. they look exactly like the originals unfortunately. apparently alvin's funeral was like a huge party, people still talk about it. Steve Edgar
different font and title to my copy Ruben, mine is "With Out You" this disc to me with "Would I Do It Over" is one of the best things on the label, I've asked many times, but would love to more about The Ultimations, I find it hard to believe that a group of this quality would have only one 45 release??? https://youtu.be/RNmqWzBAuVg steve 1 Link to comment Social source share
Guest crossoverjoy
To my mind, the Ultimations has always been in my top 100 soul 45s of all time, great choice Link to comment Social source share
