Luv 'n Haight - One night love affair - AMR / VG- / £150 (Superb and rare modern soul dancer! Well worn, plays ok but with slight background noise never close to overpowering the music. Fine for DJing. Label has slight wear and writing on flip.)

LaShawn Collins - What you gonna do now - Sincere / VG- / £100 (Well worn copy of this classic Chicago crossover dancer. Plays surprisingly well, not perfect but will easily work both in your record room and when DJing. Red label version. Label has ring wear.)

Candi-Bars - You're the one / I believe in you - Candy-Stix / EX / £90 (Catchy crossover dancer backed with a adorable group harmony plodder. Red/silver first press, labels reversed.)

Reason Why - So long letter (in a picture frame) - Polydor / VG+ / £40 (Double sided white demo but this is every bit as good as "Step inside my world". Well rare even on demo. Vinyl has a few light scuffs, plays ok. Both sides of the label has been exposed to H2O with some lighter staining as a result.)

Freak - Life goes on - Blue Candle / EX / £40 (Miami disco funk which was reissued by Jazzman on the Soul Spectrum label. Superb copy complete with company sleeve.)

Good Intensions - Those Good Intensions - Brewtown / EX/EX / £90 (Very rare independent disco album. Standout is a great take on Herbie Hancock's "Chameleon" + "We know how to boogie". Great copy still in shrink.)

Beres Hammond - Soul reggae - Water Lily / VG+/EX / £60 (Rare yellow/gold label original with modern dancer "Don't wait too long" + slowie "Somebody lied". Some light cosmetic marks only, plays well.)

Beres Hammond - Let's make a song - Brotherhood / EX/EX / £45 (Soul-Reggae album with the modern midtempo dancer "Oh I miss you". Sleeve has neat writing on back. Jamaica original.)

Beres Hammond - Comin' at you - WKS / EX/EX / £25 (Soul-Reggae album, title track is a decent boogie dancer, "Stand by" midtempo modern and a great soulful reggae cut in "Irie and mello". Jamaica original. Label has some label damage caused by poor manufactoring equipment. Cover has neat writing.)

Brothers by Choice - st - Ala / EX/EX / £45 (Absolutely solid modern soul album filled with classics "Baby, you really got me going", "She puts back the ease in easy".)

Everlife - Everlife #1 - Jibaro / EX/EX / £35 (Second press plain sleeve. Awesome two stepers in "Dream machine" and "I love you girl". "Escape" is really a really good song as well.)

Z.Z. Hill - A whole lot of soul - United / VG/VG / £30 (Very rare album with Z.Z. mainly covering others songs. Standout is his take of Bettye Swann's "Make me yours" which enjoyed a 45 release in the UK. Cover has general wear, vinyl light marks plays ok but not perfect.)

Michael Wycoff - Love conquers all - Rca S/S / £30 (Still sealed! Classic 80s soul set with "Looking up to you")

Garland Green - Love is what you came here for - RCA / EX/EX / £30 ("I've quit running the streets" - classic modern soul dancer which is album only.)

Jayson Hoover - s/t - Mushroom / EX/EX / £30 ("Funny games" highly recommended funky modern soul. Could not find a soundfile of it only two other tracks from the album.)

Music magic - One Man Lady - Climax / EX/EX / £25 (Rare Japan release of this lovely Hawaii soul/fusion album. With insert but no OBI.)

Brothers - He will be there - Zanzee / EX/VG+ / £20 (Rare gospel/soul album containing "Secret place" which is a nice crossover dancer. Light general wear on front cover.)

Jeannie Tracy - Me and you - Fantasy / EX/EX / £20 (Including the outstanding mellow groover "Your old standby" which is actually a remake of the Mary Wells track + boogie dancer "I feel like dancin")

Power - s/t - Malaco / EX/EX / £20 (Rare 1982 album with mainly covers, standout is their take of "Groovin'" + the midtempo "I can't stop". Cover has a partly removed sticker.)

Monty Guy - Opus groove 2000 - Evertone / S/S / £15 ("Hanging tough" cool midtempo modern soul)

Benny Golson - I'm always dancin' to the music - Columbia / EX/EX / £15 (Classic rare groove in the title track. Cover still in shrink but has one creased corner.)
