Can any one post a link up, I can't do it on this feckin iPad thing This is the important bit: " I PUT MY CLAIM IN EXPECTING TO BE COMPENSATED MY CLAIM WAS TURNED DOWN BECAUSE I HAD NOT PUT THE PACKAGE IN CUSHIONING MATERIAL-EG (A JIFFY BAG) AND WRITTEN RECORDS DO NOT BEND I TOOK IT TO 2 FURTHER LEVELS AND TURNED DOWN BY BOTH. I THEN TOOK IT TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT THAT COST ME £105 AGAIN IT WAS REJECTED GIVING THE SAME REASONS"
Benji Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 Seller sold it for 470 quid and yet didn't bother to post it in a proper mailer and to write "fragile - do not bend" on the parcel? *facepalm*
