Great atmosphere last night, no soul snobbery just an open minded crowd well up for it.

Merry Clayton really took the roof off for me!

Been playing Merry awhile now but still gets a great reaction.........quite right too.

Great spot Martyn. Read the crowd really well and kept the floor full.

As always I like to give our guests freedom to play what they want within the bounds of what we advertise genre wise - thought you and gumbo did that superbly, with crowd in mind and managing to stamp your own on your sets!! Top notch, couldn't have asked for more.

Apologies for not thanking you in person Gumbo but you didnt fall short pal ,spot on ,very direct, and the energy you would expect from a young gun ! The birdman delivered a strong show and had it bouncing ,a top night ,thanks to all for the trouble, Azza it is appreciated .

Great sounds from Rich, Martyn and Gumbo. Mr Wainwright is a technophobe so i might not get his playlists, but they followed suit to the above........mixed genres, tempos and style. Great balance guys, loved every minute of it!!

That's got me scratching my head now, ive held the soul kitchen one and the clevetown one and I know ive got something else by him on palos, now where is it
