Ian has asked me to post this for your information:

Very important. I am doing a three hour radio show on Solar Radio this coming Wednesday, 15th February. From 3pm till 6pm, and going out totally live, and all off vinyl too. "Solid Soul Sensations" with Ian Levine. Three hours of spectacular underrated Northern Soul and Crossover. I intend to play a completely different selection to the podcast. But it's live in the studio, and if you don't tune in live, sadly you'll miss it. Available on Sky Digital 0129, and online live, at www.solarradio.com - Please do not miss this - I promise to play some surprises for you to delight and thrill all true soul fans everywhere.

You can record it on sky Pete, if you have sky that is.

Solar have a regular roster of DJs and times and so I guess it's a case of fitting into a gap in the schedule.

I told Ian that I'd had that debbie & The Lads record for sale last year for under £150, I knew he didn't believe me, now he's quoting it at £1000 in tim browns price guide...took me 6 months to sell it.

Etta James only available on Kent CD. They are thinking of putting it out on 7.

Does anyone know anything about Ilana - like who was she? Van McCoy production as I recall. So NY, Philly?

I've seen the Debbie and the Lads for less than a ton, plenty of copies about it seems.

there was a huge spike in price when it became known, now I'm pretty sure I've seen it sell or even BIN not sell on ebay for less than $100
