Pete S Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 https://www.mixcloud.com/mayfairmenthol/any-way-you-wanta/ Another mix of weird and wonderful 7" singles from the 1960's...kicking off with a bit of classic oldie style Northern Soul including both sides of The Showmen's masterpiece (amazingly I picked up 2 x red/yellow Action copies of this last week), then some beat things including the extremely bizarre David McCallum single (where they just having a laugh when they made this?), some excellent UK girl singers, some R&B, and ending up with two tracks from the 70's, Clem Curtis's brilliant double sider on Pye from 1972. I took all of these tracks off original UK label releases except for the title track which was a USA only release.
