I have asked the seller, got no reply as yet.

No because I only spotted this a couple of hours ago. Do I complain to ebay or to paypal? Or is it best to wait to see if the seller replies?
Godzilla Posted January 29, 2012 Posted January 29, 2012 Someone left positive feedback for another copy on Jan 23rd. Looks like he's got a few and the post can be really slow just after Christmas. Was talking about that on VG+ forum only last week.

He could have multiples of the record and is too lazy to take a new pic each time. How long since you asked the seller have you not had a reply? Opening up a paypal dispute (without escalating it to a claim) or requesting his contact info might get him to respond if he hasn't replied yet. Good luck.
Guest Matt Male Posted January 29, 2012 Posted January 29, 2012 (edited) I'm not interested in defending this guy, but they don't look like the same scan to me. If you look at the marks and blemishes in the centre they are at the top in one and at the bottom in another (most likely on the lense of his camera) also there's a black mark on the P in one but not the other. The faces on the November one are sharper and darker as well. Having said that it might be the same record... Edited January 29, 2012 by Matt Male
Mace Posted January 29, 2012 Posted January 29, 2012 The 2 scans linked above on this thread are definately different records, the green background behind the TRI on the Nov auction is not printed all the way to the centre hole, whereas the Jan one is. If he's auctioned one a few weeks ago he's probably just reused same label scan for this recent auction.
