Guest Johnny One Trout Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 A few quid if it's pukka, hard to say with stuff like this though, the 45 is pretty tough on Polydor issue
Guest Gavin Page Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 A few quid if it's pukka, hard to say with stuff like this though, the 45 is pretty tough on Polydor issue As Mr Trout says always very hard to price, and in some cases sell these sort of items. Most people want the record and do not want slates. There are a few colectors still out there though. Just put offers on it and see how it goes mate. You must have a rough price you would be happy with ? The Trout or me will give you a fiver

Chris There's always one what's wrong with small increments to go from £5-6 straight up to £400 is just plain car-ray-zeye Seriously trhough i guess that isn't too far out for the 45 i'd have said nearer £300 myself, the question is does that really transfer to an acetate? not IMVFHO at least but then i don't collect acetates Trouty

Most of who want it I would say have it now surely ? Or has it taken off on the nighter scene now ? Nice one for the slate collectors though ! Can I ask how you came across it ?

Guest Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 the question is does that really transfer to an acetate? not IMVFHO at least but then i don't collect acetates Trouty Test pressings are done on vinyl just like the consumer copies, acetates are cut only to check the final mastering and make the stampers to press the vinyl. Not saying which the mojoba is but far as I know acetates are never pressed.
