Lou Courtney On Playback -Boot Or Promo?

Hi,

some time ago I bought this 7inch EP on PlayBack (33 1/2 RPM) with Lou Courtney's "The common broken heart" on it.

I thought it is a Lp only song. Seems a little bit suspicious...

But who would do a boot with Terry Sylvester, Vigrass and Osborne, J. Nash, and Lou Courtney???? :ohmy:

Could it be a promo?

The "Playback" EPs were promo EPs released by the CBS group of labels to promote their artists.

There are some very indemand/expensive EPs in that series which includes tracks by Iggy & The Stooges, Bruce Springsteen etc.
