Guest James Trouble Posted November 24, 2005 Posted November 24, 2005 Is this the instrumental of it?
Pete S Posted November 24, 2005 Posted November 24, 2005 Is this the instrumental of it? Yes it is. Nate Adams Orchestra... That's exactly the same recording I put on a cd back 7 or 8 years ago, with the first note missed off.

I don't think it is the 'exactly the same recording' though. Edited November 24, 2005 by James Trouble

Soulof Posted November 24, 2005 Posted November 24, 2005 Meanwhile, I've only ever had one black one but about five red/black ones. I actually bought the black one thinking it was an issue! Prob my brain mixing it up here Pete. Think I had the red/black one, the common one that goes for about 100+. Didn´t know there were other demo versions of it. Guess the plain black one is very rare then. Labelscan anyone ?? Still are there any issues ?? Thats todays main issue I guess....

Guest Soulfood33 Posted November 25, 2005 Posted November 25, 2005 whats the story on black demos and red/black demos ?is it just one of those things ?
Guest Soulfood33 Posted November 25, 2005 Posted November 25, 2005 Black label promo's are pressed in VINYL East Coast press although the label reads Liberty, Los Angeles.. Red promo's are STYRENE and are West Coast Los Angeles presses as the label suggests. I think you'll find this Black & RED promo thing happens on all of Liberty's Minit 45s ie Shaun Robinson etc. Yes, the black label press in vinyl seems to be rarer.
Guest souldaddy Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 speaking of shaun robinson...price check on it (vnyl black label?)
