What's your favorite 12" .. King Tutt " You got me hung up" Alfie Davidson , or Love man Stokes , I would say Bill Harris on RCA but I'm not sure it actually exists

Simon

Quite like:

Jerry Warren - I Really love You

Hidden Strength - I Don't wanna be a lone ranger

Ronnie Loveman stokes - Touch you again

Someone mentioned (BlakeH?) O'jays - i love music. Friggin' hell what a 12"!! The Philly guitar work is stunning, also Archie Bell - Everybody have a good time, same Philly instrumentalists on the recording, absolutely awesome! Shame there's nowhere you can play these things in their fullest glory apart from your front room.

Terry Callier " Dont Wanna See Myself" on Erect played mid 80s early 90s is still one of the best 12s to be played on the scene IMO. Hope title and label are correct as I sold this record to a mate a good few years back so working from a poor memory.

Jerry Warren, one of the best 12s/records I have ever purchased. One hell of a piece of tuneage !

Couldn't agree more on the Jerry Warren, I've never understood the fuss over it - an OK tune but that's about it.

Not one for slowies on twelves as a rule, but Garfield Fleming 'Lets Turn In Early' takes some beating for me.

Anyone of you got a spare copy of the above for sale? Please, PM me if so.
Alan Harris is on my 12" wants list too along with a King Tutt 12 & Ronnie Stokes, i know, nice to dream.

Seriously though, Alan Harris should be a lot easier than the other 2, just missed a copy last month for 50 quid.

Allan Harris shouldn't be more than £40-£60 surely? :wicked: I've never seen it listed for more than that anyway. Wouldn't mind a Ronnie Stokes either...
