At the very least Dave it's totally discourteous to you that he's used it, presumably totally without your permission? He's also blatantly infringing your copyright, which does exist in a "typographical arrangement" i.e the look/info of your web page. The links also refer back to your site. As I say, hardly a hanging offence, but just rude and discourteous and not the done thing at the end of the day.
