Popular Post Dave Moore Posted January 6, 2012 Popular Post Posted January 6, 2012 This morning's offering: Slight change of tack from me today. A tough 45 to find but one that's worth the years of hunting. In my top 5 records of all time. I seem to remember being told that they're white guys and from Philly but would appreciate any confirmation. Great record and one that certainly gets played in my irregular DJ spots around the place. Regards, Dave https://youtu.be/jUbZ5HzuNIM 4

Dave Moore Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 This morning's offering: Penned by one of soul's most prolific stars. Recorded at Muscle Shoals. Oozes class. Anyone remember when he lost his rag at the rehearsals at Prestatyn a few years ago. Thought he was gonna launch the unfortunate drummer! He did however come out with the classic line about "Home Is Where The Heart Is" that afternoon as he struggled with the band. "Womack may have sung it....But it's MY F**KIN' song!" https://youtu.be/eC4t4g5OYog 1
