Do you think the record in the sleeve is the original contents? Would make sense for it to be an issue wouldn't it - because any kind of promo would be not for sale in any case. What was the purpose do you think? What protection was it referring to? Some kind of 'sale or return' arrangement perhaps? Cheers Richard

Cheers Richard I think that it has always been in that sleeve Richard, not sure if the Price would be correct for a new record during that period of time. If so it would help to confirm that theory and tempt me to put all my records on the Money Label in Brown Sleeves. Would that follow that a particular coloured sleeve was used on all new issue from a certain record label.
