I've closed this topic.

The poster has re-issued legally an expensive original making it available to those who otherwise may not have been able to have a copy.

Kent amongst others do the same but I've not noticed similar comments when re-issues are announced.

If you think re-issues are detrimental to the scene I'd open a topic in AATS.
