I was in awe of Kathy Kirby at Bradford Queens Hall, she frightened the life out of me also For me, Kathy Kirby was the best female dancer of all time If Kathy ever reads this Come on lady, put on your dancing shoes again, and show us how it's done Ali (Age 18) xx

Guest bankhallman Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Hiya, I also remember Kathy Kirby she was an awesome singer and in the sixties I was in head over heels in love with her. as a mod , I thought she epitomised the perfect bird for me and I imagined myself on my scooter driving her to the soul venues with me and the lads wonderful times. But she recently died in her 70s what an awful loss of a lovely lady and great artist. she'll always be my mod girl rest on beautiful lady you're not forgotten. lol xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Pat Allen Burnley& Pendle Soul Club.. :wave:
