...It was booted almost perpetually in Jamaica, by Coxsone Dodd, from the late 60s to the 90s. I would imagine that all the various boots added together would amout to several thousand copies. It may even still be in press or, at least, circulating as a Ja. boot.

Over there they go for the other side, 'People Are Doing It Every Day'.

Thanks mate - that did cross my mind but it looks and plays much better than the usual Ja. stuff. Still the most likely though I suppose...cheers.

Think those Crash 45s were probably pressed in the USA, actually - I can't think of specific titles right now but there were a couple of other 'Caribbean R&B Classics' that came out on Crash and they look like US pressings, too.

It was also booted on a Ja. blank label - or at least the 'Mama Julie' side was - in the early to mid 60s, just t add to the confusion...
