Pete S Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 Any ideas on a sensible price for this one nowadays - I know I haven't had one for ten years, mint condition with it's picture sleeve. A few on popsike, those prices look a little low to me! ($250 average)
soulfulmick Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 Probably £250 - £300 would be about right
Guest soulboy1965 Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 Apparently - £256 on Manships a coupla months ago, with pic sleeve.
sepia Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 (edited) £250/300 would be about right. i sold my 1st copy for £100 but that was less than year after they surfaced. traded my copy of strangers / nightwinds / wb & £60 for it @ scotland v england allnighter in leeds. guy had about 5 or 7 copys, all covered with $1 0r $2 price stickers all over them, lol. now that would make a nice turnover. Pete S Posted November 8, 2011 Author Posted November 8, 2011 Thanks for the info. Probably go with the Manship price then.
Wiganer1 Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 thanks to chris king probably one of the top oldies around at the moment..
Benji Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 And here I am thinking it's an overplayed oldie with little demand for it...
Guest MrC Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 Overplayed or not, i bloody love it! always reminds me of Blackburn all nighters - Chris King again..
Pete S Posted November 8, 2011 Author Posted November 8, 2011 And here I am thinking it's an overplayed oldie with little demand for it... You are kidding?
Wiganer1 Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 floor packer wherever its played in the uk dancefloors benji..well where go chris also plays the instrumental at stoke..
Benji Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 You are kidding? no. am serious. thought it had overkill exposure since the P/S press was given away at the LA conference back in 94 (95?). Reissued, pressed a few times. hence I thought people are sick of it by now. but am proven wrong. 1
