Don 't think I've ever seen a mint one of these?

me neither Chalky, the copy i had was the best i had seen so far and would say that was Ex maybe EX+ at best, seen a couple of real rough ones

very low sound recording too so never sounded as good as it should of done

hey up marc, could this have been your copy at some point, and bearsy ur right, the volume on the recording could have done with been a bit higher..ah..ha

Cliff Camfield had a minter, bought off an American dealer at Prestatyn a few years ago. Cliff sold it / traded it to Flanny, don't know where it is now though.

I wonder what the value would be for the much rarer detroit distributed yellow label copy

Hi Boba,

I only knew that record existed last couple of years as a Yellow demo copy, distributed by Wheelsville.

Pray For Me, the b side is on You Tube.

Never seen one for sale but it defo exists as we can see.............

Rarer than the issue, it seems, so gotta be priced above.........

I don't understand, are you saying the other side is blank? because the side posted is marked as side B

seen one on ebay 'the seller said it does not have BABY I WANT YOU on the other side.

Both sides written by former Lunar Module engineer and jazz trumpeter Larry Mizzell

none of the yellow copies do have the "Baby I Want You" side. musically only of interest to Group and Motown collectors hence a lower (way lower) value/sales price.

Hi folks, nice to be a part of this forum. Very interesting stuff--and people. I am the one selling the one sided Pray for Me on ebay--and it has a white label. Guess we can add that to the mix.

thanks everyone for the info on the yellow copy, never knew that. it is weird that they put "side b" on both sides.

Actually, if it's like the copy I have, the flip side has a blank white label.
