I doubt there's a 100-103 given that there's a 1, 2, and 3. They probably switched to a new numbering system at that point. I can't explain the anomaly of the "5" listing for the furys though. I've seen the small holes for Jukebox Ep's on American releases. But why would they do them on singles? When 45rpm singles were designed in America with large holes, specifically for Jukeboxes?
