dthedrug Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 HI ALL, Although I have most UK Tamla-Motown 45s including both R&W G&W DEMO'S, This may sound strange, but I have never paid much for any of the 45s nothing over £20 including the R&W DEMO'S, and as long as it's to my taste, I buy it. Over many years of collecting, the Rare mint records were quickly swapped for Northern Soul, However since Ebay has come along the prices of some records are not far off what I got for all of them back in the 70s, This brings me to ask about what did EMI Ireland release? and what are the values of the rare issues and demo's? I have put a copy of Marv Johnson's Irish classic, if this was released as it was not a big seller in the UK, WHAT IS THE IRISH STORY OF TMG, DAVE,
Cheapsiderecords Posted October 28, 2011 Posted October 28, 2011 I have an Irish Isley Brothers 45 - cannot remember the title at the mo, think it is This old Heart Of Mine - bought from that market thingy that runs between 2 streets - cannot remember the name of that either!! - cost 3 euro.
