Ady Potts Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 (edited) Does anyone have any info on how many copies of Clara Hardy have been found? A friend of mine was an under bidder on one that sold on ebay, he was several bidders from the top bid, he was then given a buy it now option from the seller. He then replied to the seller saying he would be interested in buying 10 copies, he was told that would be possible. Just wondering if it's going to be a £50 record in the near future Edited November 13, 2005 by pottsy

Guest Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 I've got a hundred dollars put away for the day it drops! My new motto for buying records "Count the days, not the dollars....."
Ted Massey Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 safe to say more than a few Butch must know something you dont Chalky cause he paid $4000+ less than a month ago
Chalky Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 Butch must know something you dont Chalky cause he paid $4000+ less than a month ago don't think he bought it in the end same for everyone...you takes your chances when buying rare records, you never know who's got how many. don't think the quantity showed themselves till after the one Butch bid on and they foolishly (some dealers would say) let it be known by offering multiple copies and mailing under bidders, few had mails.
Rich Buckley Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 I've been offered 5 copies and I think Baz said he'd been offered 10.... Rich

John May Posted November 25, 2005 Posted November 25, 2005 Any one herd the instrumental flip......not a fan of inst my self but this is really good! slightly faster a perfect nighter sound Well if anyone does get a lorry load and wants to off load one for £50 i'm your man.....
Quinvy Posted November 25, 2005 Posted November 25, 2005 Well if anyone does get a lorry load and wants to off load one for £50 i'm your man..... Personally wouldn't give £10 for it. Very ordinary, and now it seems, very common too.
Guest Stuart T Posted November 25, 2005 Posted November 25, 2005 very common too. Ooh you stuck up bitch!
Guest Soulfood33 Posted November 25, 2005 Posted November 25, 2005 Butch must know something you dont Chalky cause he paid $4000+ less than a month ago Yeah, But Butch actually has a record collection.. what's a few dollars to that man. Combinations £4.5K + ! I think Clara Hardy was small potatoes to him...Ted why not list all the 4 figure tunes he paid a few $$$ for. I'll start the ball rolling with the "Mellow Souls" $10.. Wasn't Sandy Golden a bit cheaap also
Chalky Posted November 25, 2005 Posted November 25, 2005 didn't think Mello Souls was as dear as $10. Besides like I said earlier, he didn't buy the Clara Hardy.
