testing how to rip audio from dvd - did this version of Joanie Sommers, singing live over the backing track, I'll do Barbara McNair in a minute with the sensational live version of YGLMB.

Didn't know which section to put this in.

see two posts down for smaller version to download

Only a subtle difference but it was nice all the same. Can't say whether or not there were any other differences than the Oooh oooh bit as you only gave us half a track :sweatingbullets:

You're joking, it should have been a full version, there's a lot of differences...try this, I'll upload again

Yep, got all that. They're still subtle though, a lot of extensions on on some of the words... not sure I prefer it above the version we all know and love. Still, if that was live, and it possibly was, it will also differ slightly :sweatingbullets:

Cheers for that Pete, appreciated it!

Great... other's here will thank you for that as I will :sweatingbullets: Any other gems on that DVD Pete?

Yeah there are but while I was doing that one, something happened and now my drives aren't reading the dvd's!

The Barbara McNair - Youre Gonna...is a stunning live vocal over the original backing track. Actually I've got a track listing, bear in mind that 70% of the dvd's (there's 3 of them) are 60's pop, I just took the soul and a few 'discotheque' hits off..

Jr Walker - Shotgun / Supremes - I Hear A Symphony / Mitch Ryder - Jenny Take A Ride / Len Barry - 123 / Dobie Gray - The In Crowd / Kim Weston - Take Me In Your Arms (Rock Me) / The Toys - A Lovers Concerto / Sue Thompson - Paper Tiger / Leslie Gore - My Town My Guy And Me / Barbara Mcnair - You're Gonna Love My Baby / Outsiders - Time Won't Let Me / Sam The Sham & The Pharoahs - Woolly Bully / Joanie Sommers - Don't Pity Me / Supremes - Back In My Arms Again / Joe & Eddie - Walkin' Down The Line / Four Tops - Ask The Lonely / Frankie Valli - You're Gonna Hurt Yourself / Impressions - Womans Got Soul / Marvin Gaye - How Sweet It Is / Marvin Gaye - Ain't That Peculiar / Miracles - Going To A Go Go / Marvelettes - Don't Mess With Bill / Martha & The Vandellas - Nowhere To Run / Supremes - Nothing But Heartaches / Four Tops - Something About You / Little Anthony & The Imperials - Hurt So Bad
