Latest Sleepless Nights Newsletter Dublin and more
Phew, that was a hot one. last friday Soul Sam/excessive heat/non stop dancing an amazing set spanning many elements of Northern as only Sam can.
Cheers also to Steve from Aberdeen with his mellow crossover, just what we needed early on as we tried to keep cool.Joe returned to his 6ts and with Mitch&Pip they built things up well.
Thanks to a great crowd, you danced to everything Sam&the guys threw at ya. Taking us from 6ts thru to modern soul. A fantastic vibe all night,
Repositioning some of the tables helped to bring the dancefloor to the bar area methinks.
A definite "I was there moment"
Next month we get a visit from Manchester guys Chris Morgan and Budgie a resident at the Greatstone. Again expect things to start of 6ts based but feel sure some crossover be making an appearance.

September see's another Oldies night for Sleepless! As the club at times naturally gets more progressive with its music (still trying to keep to its 6ts roots), its only fair we throw on 2 nights per year for the solid oldies fans. Am hoping to have the services of Jim McCracken, Paul Grant&Harpo who between them have some real useful classics in their burdgening collections. (Will be a charity bash tba) Feedback on our music always appreciated
