Craig W Posted November 8, 2005 Posted November 8, 2005 I've just come across this usefull site for label / Artists listings which is mainly on the 70s side but there is quite a lot of 60s material listed. Most of you may have seen the site before but well worth a look. Click on the corresponding letter to bring all related labels. Click on Ohio artists on non - Ohio and national labels to bring up the artists. Click on the little dot at the end of each listing to bring up a label scan. https://www.ohiosoulrecordings.com/a.htm

The South Carolina discography is currently divided into two sections: (1) local SC labels that issued at least one soul record, and (2) SC soul artists on non-SC and national labels. The local label section is sub-divided alphabetically by label name. In some cases, non-soul releases are listed and are indicated as such. Representative label scans are provided if available; to view them, click on the small record logos. Multiple scans are provided for labels that had more than one more design. Gratitude for significant contributions to the discographies goes to the following individuals: Franz Kunst, Dante Carfagna, Matt Stachowitz, Angelo Angione, and Peter Wermelinger.
