Harold Burrage: I've Got To Find A Way (M-Pac) £5 vg+ Brilliant atmospheric Northern on the ever reliable M-Pac label. Sounds like a rare one but what a bargain. Recommended. Gene Chandler: I'm Just a Fool For You / Buddy Ain't It a Shame (Constellation) £10 One of the great value for money double-siders. Both sides brill and both still getting plays. Plays for me. Highly recommended. Clydene Jackson: I Need Your Love (Soul HQ) £20 Only way you'll get a 45 of this in demand crossover dancer is on this UK re-issue. Plays for Keith Money Millie Jackson: My Man, A Sweet Man (Spring) £10 Classic 70's feelgood dancer Etta James: Tell Mama (Cadet) £10 Another brilliant gritty dancer from Dublins favourite. Marv Johnson: Don't Leave Me (UA) £10 vg++ Brilliant early pre-Motown midtempo Ben E King: Too Bad (Atco) £5 vg++ Great midtempo from the great man. McFadden + Whitehead: Ain't No Stopping Us Now (PIR) £5 Classic 70's anthem. What do you mean you don't have one??? Hurry I won't tell anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!! Barbara McNair: My World Is Empty Without You (Motown) £5 Great version of the Supremes classic. Johnny Nash: You Never Know (MGM) £15 Brilliant uptempo dancer. Great flip too. Bargain Billy Ocean: Love Really Hurts Without You (Ariola) £5 Classic feelgood 70's.........well I love it anyway. Ojays: Backstabbers (PIR) £5 Classic 70's. Re-activated spins Ozz + His Sperlings: Somebody to Love (MIOB) £40 Superb Northen dancer that just drips atmosphere. Awesome. Patti and The Emblems: Mixed Up Shook Up Girl (Herald) £10 Classic girl group Northern. Great dancer. Jimmy Robins: Just Can't Please You (Jerhart) £20 Classic Northern/RnB that's still a guaranteed floor-filler. A must for every collection Royallettes: Only When You're Lonely (MGM) £10 vg++ Great version of Holly Maxwell at a fraction of the price. Slight hiss at start!!! Otherwise perfect. David Ruffin: My Whole Ended (the moment you left me) (Motown) £5 Another brilliant Motown dancer from one of the greats. Jimmy Ruffin: Gonna Give Her All The Love I Got (Soul) £10 One of the great Motown cheapies. THE version IMO. Nice flip too Spinners: Working My Way Back To You (Atlantic) £5 Alltime classic Spinners: Bad Bad Weather (Motown) £5 Great motown double sider Supremes: Will This Be The Day / Love Child (Motown) £5 Brilliant in-demand crossover dancer that comes highyly recommended b/w classic flip Supremes: Love Is Here and Now You're Gone (Motown) £5 Another classic from the girls Supremes: Baby Love / Ask Any Girl (Motown) £5 Classic b/w a midtempo that's as good as it is overlooked. Head is a classic and still popular midtempo while Boy is a criinally overlooked midtempo dancer that reminds me of Baby Washington at her best.
