Guest ShaneH Posted November 4, 2005 Posted November 4, 2005 Apart from the mighty fine 'soul-source' website, which others get your regular viewing & why? Cheers Shane
Simsy Posted November 4, 2005 Posted November 4, 2005 (edited) https://www.newcenturysoul.co.uk Good site for many reasons, I do like the events vids. Soul girl's https://soulgirl.kicks-ass.org/andromeda1.php is a goodie for choons although do experience some loading probs which is a shame And Chalky & Flynny's Soul Talk (www.raresoulforum.co.uk) is a decent site for exchanging views etc. Edited November 4, 2005 by Ian Sims
Guest Richard Bergman Posted November 4, 2005 Posted November 4, 2005 Apart from the mighty fine 'soul-source' website, which others get your regular viewing & why? Cheers Shane The Oslo soul Experience website is very informative and has a few soundfiles of unknowns , can be found at www.oslosoul.com

Guest ShaneH Posted November 4, 2005 Posted November 4, 2005 any chance of a little review similar to richards? would be nice if you could tell us what we can expect on the more obscure ones. cheers Shane
Nickg Posted November 4, 2005 Posted November 4, 2005 Apart from soul-source, obviously, my favourite is https://www.soulwalking.co.uk/ Aimed more at the modern stuff, I find it's brilliant for artist info, new release reviews, bit of politics/opinions. A really good website. Nick

The label scan section + toons is nowt special ie no surprises, but the club history section makes good reading in the gallery is good if you've visited the club or your from the area. Mainly, thought it would be nice to give them a world -wide plug Andy

Guest Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 Soul girl's https://soulgirl.kicks-ass.org/andromeda1.php is a goodie for choons although do experience some loading probs which is a shame That's because it's on a home server. Although it's fed by a net connection all of it's own it's still hampered by the upstream limits as with any ISP unfortunately. It's the only way I could offer so much music and still be able to manage it easily So, if there are quite a number of visitors there when you arrive, you have to all share the bandwidth that is available Sorry about that
Guest Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 One of the first and best for me is that Israeli guys site, great selection of Deep/Rare Soul tracks, he always gives a detailed review for every track, covering production, writers and label information etc. Top drawer. Brett
