Guest in town Mikey Posted November 4, 2005 Posted November 4, 2005 After seeing it Monday standing at £221, my jaw hit the table so hard i've been on soup ever since. Try not to kill me but did anyone see what it ended up at?
Guest andycambs Posted November 4, 2005 Posted November 4, 2005 Sorry mate can't help you, I was in a similar state of shock watching Cobblestone reach £461 Andy

Try not to kill me but did anyone see what it ended up at? My crystal ball's in for servicing at the moment but I can tell you it went for a lot more than it should have done. Currently there's still 5 days left on it by the looks of the auction.
Guest in town Mikey Posted November 4, 2005 Posted November 4, 2005 Sorry I probably should have checked. I was sure it was finishing last Weds. Am I getting my memories mixed up? I seem to remember that the Pages was a £2 record, then it got booted (WHY?), and suddenly became a £5 record (again Why?).

Thanks for that, secured my copy much quicker from Tim Brown about 15 years ago. The said 45 sat at £180 on the auction for ages and I thought it had run out of steam but then it went mad in the last few minutes and I nearly choked on my chips, still, good luck to the buyer, they obviously wanted it real bad.
