Like the value is going to go up every new week it's on ebay. I just makes rare records look not rare. I've been noticing the opposite effect, at least with the more unknown stuff. It's like they are "setting a price", and other auctions are getting closer to what these guys are asking. Damn annoying -- as a buyer that is. People complained about SS being swamped with people bumping their sales. Others were upset because they thought they were the only ones who had seen a record wrongly catogorised, and still at 99p. Unusual,obscure and rare, big ticket items are often discussed and others that fetch a daft price are discussed as well. Some think the best place for "live auctions" is ebay itself but there is no rule about posting of live auctions on this site regardless what some might say. But at the end of the day if going to post about an auction it has "in my opinion" got to be interesting and not posting run of the mill records with nothing out of the ordinary in the auction for the sake of it.
