Guest Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 I would pay that for a timeless legend if someone has one for sale Hi Bob Timeless Legend was only £3 in 1983 if I have my dates right, and was nothing special at the time when I bought it,as well as many, many other small label stuff floating around at that time costing between £1 and £3,"modern" soul collectors were thin on the ground and northern soul had bottomed out on interest and prices were the lowest of all time, you would sink through your chair if you saw what I saw back then, records were awash everywhere and easy to get mebbe thats why these old washed out has beens are so amusing now to those who were not of that time and missed out personally I don't think its all that rare but great for "price guides" and well known well hyped up mega auctions, bizniss is bizniss,Bob

Pete S Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 What's the story with the Marvin Gaye/Love Starved Heart? I thought that was unreleased? From what I remember, it was issued as a special promo for a sales conference or something like that - in the late 80's 1
