Guest sharmo 1 Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 (edited) Hi there I've just found a box of 25 of this previously unissued 45's in the stock room .Apart from the fact it's only release was on stardust this is a rare record.A brief history the acetate was found by Tim Ashebende around 25 years ago as part of a catch of unissued acetates from Bob Stone , it was played at Leicester , Hinckley and Coalville dayers and soul night's and became an instant local spin , the other side is "My Boy" by Belle Benchley and is assumed unissued and was a very popular track on the continant ,The original run of this record was 300 of which 120ish were so badly warped they were binned I personly sold 100 copies to a dealer in Amsterdam 5 went to Boogaloo records 5 went to Rob Smith's , 2 went to Tim Ashebende ( I think one of them went to Butch) 2 went elsewhere and I gave a couple to close friends I found a couple the other week and assumed the rest had been stolen by "MR SOON TO DIE IN AGONY" there may be the odd one floating around I saw Dave Rimmer with one at Banbury a few month's ago for instance .I doubt whether you'll see this , this easily again each one has a slight edge warp but does not affect play if you want one they are £10.00 plus £2.00 p&p (reg) paypal accepted many thank's Simon. You can P.M.me or contact me at jehtrading@hotmail.co.uk NOW DOWN TO 15 COPIES !!!!!
