Raremusicdirect Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Some advice please I have seen this record listed several times and sometimes (but not all) its been mentioned that there is a production pressing fault that gives a jump at the start of the record........ Is this on all copies ? Thank you
ricticman Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 Can confirm that it doesn't on mine either pete
Ritchieandrew Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 No Jump on mine.................................however the quality of the recording is poor. (record looks M-) Regards, Ricardo.
Gary Samways Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 mine's fine too bought it off soul bowl years ago, was mint unplayed but had some background hiss from the start and think they all are a bit hissy but not enough to put you off
Raremusicdirect Posted August 10, 2011 Author Posted August 10, 2011 Thanks all that's really helped.......
Guest Perception Posted August 10, 2011 Posted August 10, 2011 mine's fine too bought it off soul bowl years ago, was mint unplayed but had some background hiss from the start and think they all are a bit hissy but not enough to put you off I bought one from Soul Bowl, they were £3 each. I liked it, but I Never Thought it would be played on the Northern Scene! Funny how times change! Soul Bowl had a number of copies in mint condition. Mine did not jump.

Sure it's not a sales ploy by somebody who has the only copy to jump
