Only know it's on VIVID and it's the hardest one on the label. Apart from the above and Jo Wallace paying Randy £1.50 for a copy years ago, that's about all I know.. It is Michael! you spelt the name wrong I saw that alternative spelling Dave. Barbara Green spells her name Barbara Green. Perhaps I should ask her if she has any spare copies!
