Do any of you sell bootlegs and if you do do you inform on the sale that it is a bootleg.

How do you know a record is a bootleg or not.

Origionals can cost £000's and is that what OVO would be playing when you hear them at nighters or what is acceptable.

I am buying quite a few records at the moment but have stopped now until I meet up with an old mate who's gonna look through me box and see if i hv any in there.

I know I'm very naive in this area. Well compared to you lot. But would like to think I am owning the correct lables / copies of the music.

agree with above go buy yourself a John Manship guide to bootlegs or just post a question on here asking for info ie- label, cost, what to avoid etc etc and you will get all the advice you need,

plenty of peeps sell bootlegs and some tell you some dont, you could pay good money for a worthless bootleg and it can be an expensive mistake to make so dont hesitate to ask on here its the only time the anoraks and chin strokers dont get slated

he shouldn't buy a manship guide to bootlegs as that's pretty old. the info has been rolled into the manship price guide. he should buy the latest manship price guide which includes info on most of the bootlegs.

It is impossible to give a general answer to what is an Original.
