If you want to buy over the counter in London, try Phonica in Poland St. (phone first) big for techno, house etc.etc. they do though also sell some northern, soul, R&B and jazz 7" re-issues. As they stock lots of accessories just a chance they may sell card sleeves over the counter. Lots of record collectors shops in the Soho area near Phonica too. Rough Trade in Notting Hill (vintage vinyl downstairs, including soul) and in Brick Lane, real record shops, again may well sell card sleeves over the counter.
