Not sure if it's been booted, but those on ebay a few weeks ago looked a bit odd. Originaly, they were on Soul Bowl's set sales section for several weeks and so can't be mega rarities i.e. John would have had a few dozen of them. However, you can still £300 for a copy, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's been booted recently.
