Guest BWalsh Posted July 6, 2011 Posted July 6, 2011 Nice group soul from Detroit. The bad: it has two very tight fractures in disc that go 1/2" into grooves & a very slight warp that DNAP. The good: fractures are tight & barely create any pops or other noise. As long as you don't throw this one around, it should be fine for continued play. The warp is very minimal...I tracked it with 1 gram to 3 grams and there's was no skipping/bouncing at all. (used Shure AND Grado stylus with no problems). Overall this still plays/sounds pretty good. Check the mp3 for "Tomorrow May Never Come": This one looks cleaner than it sounds...which still ain't that bad. a few others I might as well mention: The Ledgends "Something To Remember You By" on Red Balloon RB-01 The Center Stage "Everyday Is A Fantasy" on Marc #7845 The Sapphires "Gotta Have Your Love" on Abc #10639 The Five Du-Tones "Shake a Tail Feather/Divorce Court" on One-derful #4815 Marian Love "I Believe In Music" on A&R #7100/505 Jodi Gales "Put Your Money Where..." on Savern 109 Chubby Checker "Discotheque" on Parkway
Guest BWalsh Posted July 6, 2011 Posted July 6, 2011 Ledgends, Center Stage, Sapphires & Jodi Gales are sold.
